It's designed to fit factory single side exit configurations on your 2019-2025 Silverado 1500 or Sierra 1500, specifically for Extended Cabs with a Standard Bed (6' 7") or Crew Cabs with a Short Bed (5' 9"), both featuring a 147.4-inch wheelbase. If you have a Crew Cab with a Standard Bed (6' 7") and a 157-inch wheelbase, you'll need adapter 60708 to make it fit.
