This Borla S-Type cat-back exhaust system is made for your 2021-2025 Ford F-150 with the 5.0L V8 engine. It replaces your factory exhaust from the catalytic converter back, featuring a dual side exit configuration with 4-inch round black chrome tips. This system is designed to give your truck a more aggressive sound and potentially unlock a bit more power by improving exhaust flow.

Borla builds this system from T-304 stainless steel, which is known for its strength and resistance to corrosion, ensuring it holds up well over time. The exhaust pipes are 3 inches in diameter, stepping down to dual 2.25-inch pipes leading to the tips. Borla uses mandrel-bent tubing, which maintains a consistent pipe diameter throughout the bends, allowing exhaust gases to flow more freely. This particular system is their S-Type, which offers a noticeable increase in sound volume and tone without creating any unwanted drone inside the cabin at cruising speeds. Installation is a bolt-on affair, meaning no welding is required.

For Regular Cab models with the 8' 2" long bed (141.5" wheelbase), you'll need to add adapter 60564 to ensure proper fitment, but this adapter is not compatible with the Tremor or Black Appearance Package models. If you're looking for a different look, Borla also offers this system with bright chrome tips. For cleaning the black chrome tips, it's best to use hot water and a microfiber cloth; avoid using stainless steel polish, as it can damage the finish.
