Borla is well-known for creating performance exhaust systems that offer a distinctive sound and improved flow. This cat-back system is specifically built for the 2021-2025 Ford F-150 with the 5.0L V8 engine, aiming to unlock more of that engine's potential. It replaces the factory exhaust from the catalytic converter back, featuring a split rear exit design that gives your truck a more aggressive look and sound.

The system uses Borla's ATAK sound level, which is their most aggressive offering, designed to give you a powerful exhaust note without any unwanted drone inside the cabin during cruising. It's constructed from T-304 austenitic stainless steel, a strong material that resists corrosion and ensures this exhaust will last. The smooth, mandrel-bent tubing maximizes exhaust gas flow, which can lead to a small increase in horsepower and torque, making your F-150 feel a bit more responsive. This kit includes two 4-inch round black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips for a sharp, custom look.

Installation is designed to be a bolt-on process, meaning no welding is required. If you have a Regular Cab with a long bed (8' 2", 141.5" wheelbase), you'll need to add adapter 60564 for proper fitment, but be aware this adapter is not compatible with the Tremor or Black Appearance Package models. For cleaning the black chrome tips, Borla recommends using hot water and a microfiber cloth, and advises against using their standard Stainless Steel Polish.
