The 3-inch diameter inlet on this Borla cat-back system transitions to dual 2.25-inch pipes, specifically tuned for the 5.0L V8 in your 2021-2025 Ford F-150. This dual side exit configuration replaces the factory single tailpipe, giving your truck a more aggressive stance and a distinct Borla Sound of Power. The S-Type system is a popular choice, offering an improved exhaust note without the annoying drone that can plague other aftermarket systems.

Borla builds these systems from T-304 austenitic stainless steel, which is a strong material that resists corrosion better than the T-400 series steels often found in lesser exhaust components. The ultra-smooth, mandrel-bent pipes ensure maximum exhaust flow, which can help unlock hidden horsepower and improve throttle response. Precision computer-controlled manufacturing means this system is made to fit right the first time, making installation a straightforward bolt-on process. Each system comes with 4-inch round black chrome tips over T-304 stainless steel for a sharp look.

This system is designed for Crew Cab models with a standard bed (157.2-inch wheelbase) or Extended Cab models with a long bed (164.1-inch wheelbase). If you have a Crew Cab with a shorter standard bed (157.2-inch wheelbase), you'll need adapter 60556. For Extended Cab trucks with a long bed (164.1-inch wheelbase), adapter 60564 is required. Please note that this system is not compatible with the Tremor or Black Appearance Package on your F-150. For cleaning the black chrome tips, we recommend using hot water and a microfiber cloth; Borla's Stainless Steel Polish is not recommended for these tips.
