This control kit from Burly Brand is built around a PTFE inner liner and heavy-duty stainless steel outer braid for the brake lines, offering a solid foundation for your handlebar upgrade. It's designed to take the guesswork out of fitting new handlebars, specifically the Burly Brand jail bars (T-bars), by bundling everything you need into one package. You get the throttle cables, clutch cable, brake lines, and even wiring extensions, all made in the U.S.A. to help you get the job done right.

Inside the kit, you'll find a black vinyl clutch cable measuring 74-1/4 inches with 3 inches of travel, a black vinyl throttle cable with 34-3/4 inch housing and 5 inches of travel, and a black vinyl idle cable with 35-1/4 inch housing and 4-1/2 inches of travel. The brake lines come in two lengths: one 22-inch line with a 3/8 inch/10mm 90-degree banjo fitting and a female AN#3, and another 29-inch line with a 3/8 inch/10mm 15-degree banjo fitting and a female AN#3. It also includes a junction block with two AN#3 connections, banjo bolts, copper crush washers, and front turn signal and main harness extension kits, along with a black barrel and two copper barrels for connections. This comprehensive approach ensures all the components work together smoothly.
