Camburg 07-21 Toyota Tundra 2wd/4wd 1.5 Shackles

If you're looking to give your 2007-2021 Toyota Tundra a bit more height in the rear, these 1.5 inch lift shackles from Camburg are a solid option. They're designed to replace your stock shackles, which are often made from thin, stamped metal and can allow for unwanted flex. This can lead to a less controlled ride, especially when you're pushing your truck a bit harder.

Camburg's shackles are built considerably stronger. They're laser cut from thick 3/8" steel and feature a welded internal gusset that bridges the side plates together. This construction effectively eliminates flex, leading to smoother action and less deflection in the rear suspension. They also extend the rear suspension's travel slightly. The kit comes with new metric bolts and hardware, and they're designed to bolt right into the factory mounts. They measure 6" from bolt center to bolt center, compared to the stock 4" length, giving you that 1.5" lift.

When installing, you'll reuse the upper sleeve in the frame pivot bushings. You may need to grind the serrated teeth on the leaf spring pivot sleeves to fit them into the new shackles, especially if you're using the stock leaf springs. These shackles are also a good choice if you're planning to run certain aftermarket leaf spring packs, like Deaver's K-37 or U-748, as the stock shackles are too short for them. Make sure to orient the shackle as pictured in the instructions so the center gusset clears the frame as it swings back.
