This 2.5 Slapper Bump Stop Mount Kit is designed to easily add bump stops to your 2017-2020 Ford Raptor, especially if you're running their long-travel kit or stock-length performance lower arms, which are already tabbed for this setup. Adding a 2.5 bump stop significantly increases control and resistance to bottoming out, giving you a smoother ride over rough terrain without harsh impacts.

The slapper arm design is a key feature here. It allows the air bump to strike further out on the lower arm, making it more effective. This design keeps the motion ratio consistent through the entire range of suspension travel, ensuring constant contact between the bump stop and the lower arm. This means the bump stop only engages when you're nearing bottoming out, allowing for more active suspension movement in the normal ride zone. Camburg also incorporates a custom rubber pad to reduce noise when the bump stop makes contact, and the mounts are designed not to interfere with coilover remote reservoir lines. These mounts are designed to be welded onto your vehicle's frame.

This kit is intended for use with custom FOX or King 2.5 bump stops that function like air shocks. Camburg has extensively tested these setups for their kits. The kit includes aircraft-grade AN bolts for the upper and lower mounts, ensuring maximum strength. It also comes with bolt-on brackets to relocate the driver-side ABS module and the passenger-side wiring harness for proper clearance and routing. The mounts themselves come raw and require welding for installation. After welding, Camburg recommends spraying them with black Steel-IT for protection. This kit is designed for use with Camburg lower control arms only.
