Camburg 2.25 Prerunner Series Rear Hub Kit (6x5.5 / 40sp)

This Camburg 2.25 Prerunner Series Rear Hub Kit includes CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum hubs, Timken bearings and races, SKF seals, bolt-on stainless retainers, 4340 chromoly drive plates, red brake rotor adapters, necessary hardware, O-rings, and bearing preload spacers. It's designed as a lower-cost option for PreRunners and lighter race trucks, available in a 6x5.5" bolt pattern with 40 spline drive plates.

The hub bodies are made from larger 7" round material for increased strength around the wheel stud area, and the wider bearing spread compared to 2.5 GN hubs contributes to increased strength and longevity. Camburg CNC machines these hubs in-house and then type II anodizes them matte black. They feature large 5/8-18 wheel studs and tapered, hub-centric center caps designed to make wheel installation quicker when every second counts on the race course. The drive plates are crafted from 4340 chromoly, broached, heat-treated, stress relieved, and nickel plated gray for corrosion resistance. Attention to detail is evident with features like drilled head bolts for safety wiring the brake rotor adapters.

To complete this setup, you will need Camburg's weld-in spindle snouts and their custom spindle nut wrench. Wheels used with this kit must have a 4.25" center bore and be machined for 5/8" wheel studs.
