Camburg Ford F-150 2WD/4WD 04-08 1.25in Performance Uniball Upper Arms

Camburg is known for building robust suspension components for trucks and off-road vehicles. When you lift your 2004-2008 Ford F-150, the stock upper control arms can become a bottleneck, limiting your suspension's potential. These Camburg upper arms are designed to address those limitations, offering a significant upgrade over the factory parts.

By replacing the factory ball-joint with a larger, 1.25-inch uniball bearing, these arms allow for increased wheel travel and are built to be considerably stronger, ensuring they last longer even under demanding conditions. Camburg engineers these arms to add more caster and adjust the camber curve, correcting the suspension geometry for proper alignment and improved driving characteristics and handling. They use CAD/CAM software and a FARO laser scan arm to model the OEM parts and frame, ensuring a precise fit. The tubes are CNC laser cut and bent, then MIG welded in precision fixtures. All machined parts, including the uniball misalignment spacers made from heat-treated stainless steel, are produced in-house.

These upper arms feature a thicker .156-inch wall round tubing construction and come with pre-installed FK 1.25-inch PTFE-lined uniballs. They also include polyurethane frame pivot bushings with grease-able zerk fittings for easy maintenance. The arms are finished with a durable steel gray powder-coating. This kit includes all necessary hardware and is ready for installation, designed to work with 1 to 3 inches of lift. Keep in mind that factory 20-inch wheels may not clear these upper arms and might require a wheel spacer; Camburg highly recommends aftermarket wheels with the correct offset for optimal performance and fit on Ford kits.
