The Carli Pintop 2.5 suspension system starts with custom-tuned, blueprinted King 2.5 shocks for all four corners. These shocks feature a 2.5-inch diameter body, giving them 55% more piston surface area compared to a 2.0-inch shock, which helps manage heat and maintain consistent damping. The shafts are machined and polished from solid 17-4 stainless steel for added durability. This system is designed to provide a more comfortable on-road ride, smoothing out harsh edges, while also offering controlled performance for off-road excursions.

Carli has engineered a custom piston specifically for these shocks to ensure proper base flow rates and optimize performance for heavy-duty ¾-ton and one-ton trucks like your Ram 2500. The system significantly increases wheel travel, with the front reaching 9.3 inches and the rear reaching 11 inches, allowing for the fitment of up to 37-inch tires. To counter potential sloppiness and reduce the risk of Death Wobble, an adjustable track bar is included. The multi-rate front and rear coil springs are designed to lift the truck approximately 3.25 inches in the front for a level stance and provide more wheel travel.
