At the heart of this system are Carli-specific King 2.5-inch shocks for all four corners. These shocks feature a larger 2.5-inch diameter body, which means a 55% larger piston surface area compared to a 2.0-inch shock. This larger surface area allows for better heat dissipation and more precise damping control, especially important for the robust ¾-ton and one-ton platforms these trucks sit on. The custom-tuned pistons are designed to provide the right base flow rates for optimal performance. The shock shafts are machined and polished from solid 17-4 stainless steel for added durability. This kit also includes lighter rate Carli coil springs that help increase wheel travel, giving your truck a 3-inch lift in the front for a level appearance and improved ground clearance.

Beyond the shocks and springs, the Pintop system comes with a comprehensive set of components to ensure proper function and stability. You'll get front and rear shocks, linear rate coil springs, a brake line kit, bump stop drops, caster correction shims, radius arm drop brackets, and an adjustable track bar.
