Carli Pintop Leveling System - Base - 3.5in Lift - 2023+ Ford F250/350 - Diesel

Starting with the 17-4 stainless steel shafts machined and polished from a solid piece, these Carli Pintop shocks are built for serious work. This system is designed for 2023 and newer Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty trucks with the diesel engine, giving you a 3.5-inch lift to level out the stance and provide a more aggressive look. It’s a well-known system that aims to smooth out the ride on pavement while keeping off-road excursions controlled and uneventful.

The heart of this kit is the set of Carli-specific, blueprinted King 2.5-inch diameter shocks. Their larger body means 55% more piston surface area compared to a 2.0-inch shock, allowing for better heat dissipation and more consistent damping. Carli has custom-tuned the pistons for optimal flow rates, specifically for the demands of ¾-ton and one-ton trucks. This setup dramatically increases wheel travel, giving you about 9 inches up front and 13 inches in the rear. The included adjustable track bar is a key component for stability, helping to counteract the sloppiness that can sometimes lead to steering issues like Death Wobble.

Beyond the shocks and springs, this comprehensive package includes front and rear shock assemblies, linear rate coil springs that provide a lighter rate for improved travel, a brake line kit, bump stop drops, caster correction shims, and radius arm drop brackets. It’s designed to fit up to 37-inch tires with ease. Keep in mind that while this system significantly improves your truck’s capability, it does require a sway bar option, which is not included in this base kit.
