6 Cylinder Engine Restorer & Lubricant (15 oz.)

Restore Engine Restorer and Lubricant is a pour-in additive formulated for 6-cylinder engines that are losing compression, burning oil, or just not running as smoothly as they used to. This 15 oz. bottle adds directly to your motor oil and goes to work on the cylinder walls where the real wear happens.

The formula uses CSL micro-particles that fill in worn areas of the cylinder walls. When piston rings cannot seal properly against a worn cylinder, you get blow-by — combustion gases leak past the rings, compression drops, and oil sneaks into the combustion chamber and burns off. By filling those micro-grooves, this product helps restore the seal between the piston rings and cylinder wall. The result, according to Restore, is improved compression, reduced oil consumption, and better combustion efficiency.

It is compatible with all mineral and synthetic motor oils, so you can add it at your next oil change. Note that this is not formulated for 2-cycle engines. For 4-cylinder or 8-cylinder engines, Restore offers separate sizes matched to the crankcase capacity.
