Motor Medic 5-Minute Motor Flush (32 oz.)

Had valves increasingly more and more sticky over the course of about 5 months, after probably 5 different aditives and multiple oil changes I found this stuff, and based on the very precise directions, I figured there must be something to it. Tried it and saw an immediate fix. My engine went from barely idling with a light intermitent to running like a new engine. I have almost 200,000 miles! MAY I SUGGEST: If your engine is really bad, follow the directions on this bottle, except, rather than idling 5 minutes like it says, idle until your thermostat shows a lift off the cold mark. Soon as it registers heat in the engine turn it off quick. This stuff is apparently quite flamable, so dont let it heat up. Also, I reved my motor to about 3000 rpm while idling it, leaving it at 3k for about 15 seconds at a time. Dont know it it helped but it didnt hurt. I think if I have more problems I will do the 5 minute idle, followed by cooling for a while (in cool outdoor conditions) and another few minutes of idling...
