Nu Finish Once-A-Year Car Polish is a polymer sealant, not a wax. Where conventional carnauba waxes degrade after a few months, Nu Finish uses zinc cross-linking polymer technology that bonds directly to your car's paint and has been independently tested to still bead water after 52 car washes — roughly a full year of normal use. The formula contains no carnauba wax and has been rated #1 by six leading U.S. consumer testing magazines for protection, durability, gloss improvement, and retail value.

Application is a one-step process: wash and dry the car, apply with a damp cloth one section at a time, let it dry to a haze, then wipe off with a clean soft cloth. No hard rubbing or machine buffing is required, and unlike many polishes the product can be applied in direct sunlight without baking onto the surface. For maximum protection, Nu Finish recommends a second application within 30 days of the first. The formula provides UVA/UVB protection tested specifically in Florida sun conditions to validate year-round durability claims.
