Product Details
The Gliptone Coarse Grade Metal Polish is recommended for use as a stripping and smoothing agent on rough heavily oxidized, or corroded non-plated metals. It functions in a similar manner to liquid sandpaper, and should be followed by the Gliptone Medium Grade Metal Polish or the Gliptone Ultra Fine Grade Abrasive Metal Polish to achieve a brilliant shine. Do not use on mirror stainless, chrome, nickel or any other plated materials. The Gliptone Coarse Grade Metal Polish contains no ammonia, acid or water, so it is easily applied and removed and goes twice as far as equal amounts of any other metal polishes. The Gliptone Coarse Grade Metal Polish seals and protects with penetrating oils and waxes, giving you a long lasting brilliant shine.

gliptone coarse grade
This product is awesome, my harley vrod aluminum engine cases and swing arm and dish wheels were extremely oxidized and water stains, pitting, i used the coarse grade with 0000 super soft steel wool followed by a couple applications of mothers and all the parts shine like chrome, simply amazing stuff,goes a long way, dont be be afraid of the steel wool just make sure its 0000#4 super soft,i tried everything but this is the only product that worked for me.
