Cognito 2024+ Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD 2.5in Standard Lift Kit

Starting with a 2.5-inch increase in front ride height, this Cognito Standard Lift Kit is built around a subframe, taller knuckle, and differential drop components. This setup is designed to give your 2024-2025 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD AT4X or ZR2 an additional 2.5 inches of lift in the front and 0.5 inches in the rear, achieved by swapping the factory 1.5-inch rear block for a 2-inch block and longer U-bolts. A key benefit is the increase in front suspension droop travel to 3 inches, which is Cognito's minimum standard, helping to prevent front shock 'top out' when driving over uneven terrain or dips.

This standard package is engineered to retain your truck's factory Multimatic DSSV shocks. To accommodate the lift, the front shocks receive a billet extended clevis mount, while the rear shocks remain as-is due to the minimal rear lift. The kit also includes a Non-Torsion Drop Bracket to keep the torsion bars positioned correctly within the frame. While this kit provides a notable lift and improved droop travel, it's important to note that Cognito also offers packages that include upgraded control arms and shocks for those seeking to maximize suspension performance and travel.

It's worth mentioning that while GM advertises a 1.5-inch lift for the AT4X/ZR2 models, Cognito's measurements indicate closer to 2.5-3 inches of actual front lift compared to standard models.
