This is the left-side Cometic MLX head gasket for your 2009-2015 Cadillac CTS, 2012-2015 Chevrolet Camaro, or 2009-2013 Chevrolet Corvette equipped with an LS9 or LSA engine. It's built with multiple layers of stainless steel, and the outer layers have a Viton rubber coating for a solid seal. The compressed thickness is 0.051 inches, and the bore size is 4.100 inches.
Cometic's MLX technology uses an integrated stopper layer. This helps seal the combustion chamber and improves the clamping load around the cylinder without causing distortion. It's made from the same materials as their popular MLS head gaskets, meaning you get a well-built part designed for reliable performance.
