This Cometic Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) head gasket is built with multiple embossed stainless steel layers, featuring a Viton rubber coating on the outer surfaces. MLS gaskets are ideal for sealing aluminum heads to either aluminum or cast iron blocks, effectively managing the shearing forces that can occur between dissimilar metals.
