This is a Cometic Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) cylinder head gasket designed for Chrysler LA V8 engines. It features a 4.180-inch bore and is specifically made to work with the 318 A head configuration. This gasket is built to handle the demands of higher output engines, ensuring a solid seal between your cylinder head and engine block.

Cometic constructs these MLS gaskets from multiple layers of stainless steel. The outer layers are coated with Viton, a heat-resistant rubber material that can handle temperatures up to 482°F (250°C).
