Starting with a compressed operating thickness of 0.060 inches, this Cometic Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) head gasket is built for the demands of high-output Ford 302 and 351 Windsor V8 engines. It features multiple embossed layers of stainless steel, with the outer layers coated in Viton, a heat-resistant rubber material capable of handling temperatures up to 482°F (250°C).
