This is the Cometic Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) cylinder head gasket for your 2013-2014 Ford Mustang. It's built with multiple layers of stainless steel, featuring a Viton rubber coating on the outer layers. This gasket is designed for the specific needs of high-output engines, providing a strong seal without needing extra sealants. It's suitable for use with aluminum heads on either aluminum or cast iron blocks, handling the stresses that can occur between different metals.

The multiple stainless steel layers give this gasket increased strength and the ability to rebound, while also resisting corrosion. The Viton coating on both sides is heat resistant up to 482°F (250°C), making it tough enough for demanding sealing jobs and various surface finishes.
