This kit fits a broad range of Ford Windsor engines and applications, from classic Broncos and Econoline vans to performance models like the De Tomaso Pantera.
The seals are made from AFM material, which is a chemically blown, compounded nitrile synthetic rubber bonded to an aluminum core. This construction offers good temperature resistance, exceeding 250°F, and maintains strong torque retention with 85 percent recovery. Because of the material's properties, these seals do not require gasket sealers and do not need to be re-torqued after installation, making the job more straightforward.
