This Cometic intake manifold gasket set uses an AFM material, which is a chemically blown, compounded nitrile synthetic rubber bonded to an aluminum core. This construction offers temperature resistance of over 250°F and maintains strong torque retention with 85 percent recovery. It's designed to fit a wide range of Pontiac V8 engines, as well as some Buick and Oldsmobile models from the 1950s through the early 1980s, including popular vehicles like the Pontiac Firebird, Grand Prix, and LeMans.
