COMP Cams is well-known for developing performance camshafts and valvetrain components. This HRT Blower Stage 1 Hydraulic Roller Master Cam Kit is built for 2009 and newer Dodge HEMI 5.7L and 6.4L V8 engines equipped with Variable Valve Timing (VVT). It's specifically designed for supercharged applications, aiming to increase horsepower and torque while maintaining good off-idle response, especially when paired with 2.5L and smaller blowers.

This kit features COMP Cams' newest lobe designs with "Low Shock Technology" (LST). These profiles are engineered to maximize horsepower and improve stability at higher RPMs. LST also makes the lobes easier on your valve springs, which helps them last longer and reduces load loss. The camshafts themselves undergo a Micro Surface Enhancement (MSE) finishing process. This process reduces surface roughness and increases the effective load-bearing area by 250%, allowing for higher loads and improving overall strength and performance.

This is a Stage 1 kit, meaning it's suitable for builds ranging from mild street performance to more aggressive setups. Keep in mind that for installation on your 5.7L or 6.4L HEMI, you will need to purchase a COMP Cams DOD Delete Kit, upgraded valve springs (like the COMP Cams 26918 springs), and either a phaser limiter or lock kit to manage the VVT system. This kit is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
