COMP Cams Alum. Rocker Arm CS 1.6 3/8 Narrow Body - Ultra Gold

What you get in this set are COMP Cams Ultra-Gold ARC Series Aluminum Rocker Arms, designed to improve your engine's valve train performance. These are the next generation of Ultra-Gold rockers, featuring an Arced, Recessed, and Contoured design that helps increase engine power and valve train stability, while also improving oiling. They are manufactured entirely in the U.S.A. and are built to withstand significant pressure, making them a solid option for high-performance street and racing applications.

These rocker arms are constructed from aluminum and have undergone FEA analysis to create a stronger, stiffer body without adding unnecessary weight. The unique arced channel and contoured top design contribute to an excellent strength-to-weight ratio. COMP Cams also added CNC contouring to the body to ensure better clearances with valve covers and springs, a practical consideration for many builds. The design includes a spring oiler channel through the body for enhanced lubrication, and they use durable spiral lock clips instead of retaining clips. The included locking nuts have also been updated to offer a larger surface area, helping to maintain lash and reduce wear.

This particular set features a 1.6 ratio and is designed for engines using a 3/8 inch stud. They fit a wide range of Chevrolet and GMC vehicles from the late 1980s through the mid-1990s, including popular models like the Chevrolet C1500, Chevrolet Camaro, and GMC C1500. COMP Cams has also added stress-relieving radii to key areas of the rocker arm body, trunnion, and pushrod seat insert for added durability.
