It’s built for drag racing and is designed for Chevrolet Gen 1 Small Block engines, specifically those with race heads, a 5500+ stall converter, and 1.8 & 1.7 rockers. This camshaft features a 276-degree intake duration and a 284-degree exhaust duration, with a 110-degree lobe separation angle, making it suitable for builds aiming for maximum power at higher RPMs.

This camshaft is intended for engines that originally used a flat tappet camshaft. It fits a wide range of Chevrolet Gen 1 Small Blocks, including popular displacements like the 350, 327, and 400. However, it's important to confirm your specific engine setup, as it does not fit factory roller small blocks from 1985 and newer, nor any LS-based engines. For early 1955-1957 Chevrolet 265 engines, a specific oiling groove on the 5th cam journal is required, so reach out if you have one of those.
