Smoother exhaust designs help to more effectively purge spent gasses from the combustion chamber, further boosting horsepower. This camshaft is optimized for use with a Melanized or Nitrided distributor gear; using cast or steel gears without similar surface treatments will void the warranty.

This camshaft fits a wide range of Chevrolet Small Block engines from 1958 to 2002, including popular displacements like the 350 and 400 cubic inch V8s.
