This COMP Cams Xtreme Energy camshaft kit is built around an XR288Rf-HR10 hydraulic roller camshaft featuring 236 degrees of intake duration and 240 degrees of exhaust duration. This specific grind is designed for street/strip applications where you're looking for a noticeable bump in performance, especially when paired with other modifications like 9:1+ compression, aftermarket intake manifolds, headers, a torque converter rated for 2800+ RPM, and rear gears of 3.73 or higher. The K-Kit designation means you get everything needed to swap out your old valvetrain components.
