These COMP Cams Xtreme Energy DLC Solid Flat Tappet Lifters are built for GM 4-cylinder applications. They are a solid lifter design, meaning they don't have the internal spring mechanism of a hydraulic lifter, which can allow for more aggressive camshaft profiles and higher RPM operation.
