COMP Cams High Energy Alum Rocker AMC/FS/O

Starting with a 7/16" stud diameter and a 1.6 ratio, these COMP Cams High Energy rocker arms are built with a die cast aluminum body. This material choice gives you a strong rocker arm that’s also lightweight, making it a solid option for street use and moderate racing applications. The larger-than-stock body design is paired with a needle bearing fulcrum and a roller tip, which work together to significantly reduce friction compared to stock sliding rocker arms.

Less friction means lower oil temperatures and improved engine response, along with a slight bump in horsepower. These rockers are designed to be stiffer and more durable than factory parts, capable of handling up to 550 lbs of open spring pressure. Snap rings are used to keep the trunnion and bearings securely in place. This set fits a wide range of AMC V8 290-401, Ford V8 289-351W, and Oldsmobile V8 350-455 engines, offering an affordable way to get added valve lift and better performance.
