This HRT Blower Stage 1 Hydraulic Roller Camshaft is specifically designed for your 2003-2008 Dodge 5.7L or 6.1L HEMI engine when you're adding a supercharger or turbocharger. It’s a perfect choice for stock bottom-end 5.7L engines paired with a 2.5L or smaller blower, aiming for improved throttle response and significant power gains.

This camshaft utilizes COMP Cams' latest lobe designs, featuring their “Low Shock Technology” (LST). LST profiles are engineered to maximize horsepower and torque increases, especially in boosted applications, while also improving stability at higher RPMs. A notable benefit of these LST profiles is that they are gentler on your valve springs, which can lead to improved durability and reduced spring load loss. Furthermore, every HRT camshaft receives the Micro Surface Enhancement (MSE) finishing process. This advanced finishing reduces surface roughness, increasing the effective load-bearing area by 250% for much higher load capacity and overall strength.

This camshaft is organized into stages, with the Stage 1 being suitable for mild street builds up to more heavily modified race setups. Keep in mind that all HRT Turbo & Supercharger Camshafts require a COMP Cams DOD Delete Kit and upgraded valve springs. For 2009 and newer 5.7L-6.4L engines with VVT, you'll also need a COMP Cams phaser limiter or lock kit. This camshaft is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
