COMP Cams LS Timing Cover part # 5496 fits all GM LS Based blocks, OEM and aftermarket, including the RHS® LS Race Block. The cover has a unique design that allows it to work with both front and rear Cam sensor LS engines. It however will not work with the LS7s unique oil pump and chain tensioner setup (Part # 5497 will). These parts are not included with the purchase of an RHS Race Block but are available for purchase separately.
