COMP Cams Pushrod 9.500in Straight 7/16

This set includes sixteen (16) COMP Cams pushrods, each measuring 9.500 inches long with a 7/16 inch diameter and a .165 inch wall thickness. They feature 5/16 inch ball ends with a 210-degree radius, which helps provide extra clearance for rocker adjusters at high lift and allows for installation in either orientation. These pushrods are built for demanding applications where valve train setups experience significant impact loads.

Originally developed with technology used in NASCAR and NHRA racing, these pushrods are constructed from one-piece, heat-treated chromemoly tubing. This material is notably stronger than standard 1000 Series steels and is designed to better handle the stresses of extreme valve train configurations. The consistent .165 inch wall thickness, even in the tapered ends, contributes to their increased stiffness and higher natural frequency compared to common .080 or .125 inch wall designs. This makes them a solid option for builds requiring a more robust valvetrain.
