These COMP Cams Hi-Tech pushrods are built from a single piece of seamless .080" wall chromemoly steel, which gives them the strength needed to avoid bending or burning up at the ends, even in demanding applications.

The ends are precision formed for added thickness and strength where it counts, while the overall wall thickness stays consistent. They're also heat-treated to ensure compatibility with guide plates and OD ground for consistency. Each pushrod is finished with a black oxide coating and has its length and part number laser etched on the outside for easy identification. This particular pushrod is 8.780 inches long, has a 3/8-inch diameter, and is +.100 inches longer than standard, making it a solid option for a range of Chevrolet and Ford vehicles from the late 80s and early 90s, as well as some older models.
