COMP Cams is a well-known name when it comes to performance valvetrain parts, and their Hi-Tech pushrods are built to handle the demands of serious engines. This particular Hi-Tech pushrod is constructed from a single piece of seamless chromemoly tubing with a .080-inch wall thickness, which gives it a lot of strength. The ends are precision formed to add thickness and durability where it matters most, while keeping the wall thickness consistent all the way through. To make sure it holds up, especially when used with guide plates, it's heat-treated. It's also OD ground for consistency and finished with a black oxide coating. You can easily identify it because the length and part number are laser-etched right on the outside.
