Starting with a one-piece design from .080" wall, seamless chromemoly tubing, these COMP Cams Hi-Tech pushrods are built for strength and durability. They are a critical component in your engine's valve train, and often overlooked. These pushrods need to be strong enough to avoid bending or burning up at the ends, while also matching the frequency of other valve train parts and the engine's operating RPM. The ends are precision formed for added thickness and strength in the tip area, maintaining constant wall thickness and concentricity. They are heat-treated for maximum strength, especially important if you're using guide plates, and OD ground for consistency. The black oxide finish makes them easy to identify, with the length and part number laser etched right on the tubing.
