If you're rebuilding the top end of a performance engine, the pushrods are a critical component that often gets overlooked. These COMP Cams Hi-Tech pushrods are built to handle the demands of high-RPM, race-oriented applications where strength and consistency are paramount. They play a vital role in transferring the motion from the camshaft to the valves, so they need to be up to the task without bending or failing.

Constructed from a single piece of seamless chromemoly steel tubing with a .080" wall thickness, these pushrods offer excellent strength and durability. The ends are precision formed to add thickness and strength where it's needed most, while the entire piece is heat-treated to ensure it can work reliably with guide plates. They are also OD ground for consistent dimensions and finished with a black oxide coating. Each pushrod has its length and part number laser etched on the outside for easy identification, which is a nice touch when you're assembling an engine.
