Product Details
When you're rebuilding the top end of your engine, the pushrods are a critical component that often gets overlooked. These COMP Cams Hi-Tech pushrods are built to handle the demands of high-RPM engines. They are constructed from a single piece of .080" wall, seamless chromemoly tubing, which gives them a lot of strength and durability.
The ends of these pushrods are precision formed to add thickness and strength right where it's needed most, while keeping the wall thickness consistent all the way around. They're also heat-treated to make sure they work well with guide plates and maintain their shape under stress. COMP Cams also grinds the outside diameter for consistency and finishes them with a black oxide coating. Each pushrod has its length and part number laser-etched on it, so you can easily tell them apart.
