Starting with a massive 37 percent increase in stiffness over standard .080" wall pushrods, these COMP Cams Hi-Tech pushrods are built for demanding applications. They are constructed from a single piece of seamless .135" wall chromemoly steel, then black oxide coated and heat-treated for added durability.
The 8.050" length and 3/8" diameter make them a solid choice for many engine builds. They feature a 210-degree tip radius, which is ideal for rocker arms with cup-type adjusters, and the expanded radius offers a larger load-bearing surface. To ensure proper oil flow, the oil holes are the same diameter as standard pushrods. Each pushrod is OD ground for consistency, and the length and part number are laser etched onto the surface for easy identification.
