If you're rebuilding the top end of your engine, getting the valvetrain geometry just right is key. These COMP Cams Hi-Tech pushrods are built for that purpose. They connect your lifters to your rocker arms, and their length and stiffness directly impact how your valves open and close.
These pushrods are made from a single piece of seamless chromemoly steel with a .135-inch wall thickness, making them 37% stiffer than pushrods with a thinner .080-inch wall. This improved stiffness helps prevent flex under load, which means more consistent valve operation and better performance. They also feature a black oxide coating for corrosion resistance and a heat-treated 210 tip radius for durability where it contacts the rocker arm and lifter.
