This is a COMP Cams Hi-Tech pushrod, measuring 9.100 inches long with a 3/8 inch diameter. It's built as a single piece from seamless chromemoly steel with a .135 inch wall thickness, making it 37% stiffer than pushrods with a thinner .080 inch wall. This increased stiffness helps ensure accurate valve timing and lift, especially in performance applications where valve spring pressures are higher.
The pushrod is finished with a black oxide coating and heat-treated for added durability. It features a 210 tip radius, which is the part that contacts the rocker arm and valve tip.
