This is a COMP Cams Hi-Tech pushrod, measuring 9.700 inches long with a 3/8 inch diameter and a .135 inch wall thickness. It’s constructed from a single piece of seamless chromemoly steel, which makes it 37% stiffer than pushrods with a thinner .080 inch wall. This improved stiffness helps ensure more consistent valve train geometry, especially in performance applications.
The pushrod is finished with a black oxide coating and heat-treated for durability. It also features a 210 tip radius, which is designed to seat properly in the rocker arm and lifter.
