If you're rebuilding the top end of your engine, these COMP Cams Dual Taper pushrods are a solid option. They measure 8.200 inches long and feature a unique dual taper design where the middle of the pushrod is larger in diameter than the ends. This design gives you the benefits of a larger 7/16" pushrod for better rigidity, while still offering the clearance of a 3/8" pushrod, which can be helpful for intake port flow or clearing offset roller lifters.

These pushrods are made in the USA from a single piece of heat-treated 4130 chromemoly steel tubing. This material is known for being strong and durable, and the .165" wall thickness is stiffer and stronger than previous .125" wall offerings. This improved stiffness translates to more accurate valve motion and better overall durability for your valvetrain. The 5/16" ball ends have a 210-degree radius to provide extra clearance for the rocker arm adjuster at peak lift.
