COMP Cams Pushrods CS Hi-Tech 5/16 +.15

When you're building or rebuilding an engine that's going to see some serious action, the valve train components are critical. Pushrods might seem simple, but they're working hard under a lot of stress, especially at higher RPMs. COMP Cams' Hi-Tech pushrods are made to handle those demands, whether you're building a race engine or just want a really solid upgrade for your street machine. They fit a wide range of vehicles, from classic Chevys like the Bel Air and C10 Pickup to Buick models like the Regal and Skylark.

These pushrods are constructed from a single piece of seamless chromemoly steel tubing with a .080-inch wall. This one-piece design, combined with heat-treating and precision-formed ends, gives them extra strength in the areas that take the most abuse. COMP Cams also OD grinds them for consistent diameter and treats them to be compatible with guide plates. You can easily identify them because the length and part number are laser-etched right onto the black oxide finish.
