When you're rebuilding the top end of your engine, the pushrods are a critical component that often gets overlooked. This set from COMP Cams includes 12 Hi-Tech pushrods, each measuring 7.800 inches long with a 5/16 inch diameter and a substantial .080 inch wall thickness. They're constructed from a single piece of seamless chromemoly tubing, which gives them a solid foundation for strength and durability, especially under the demands of higher RPMs and guide plate use.

COMP Cams has precision-formed the ball-type ends on these pushrods, adding extra thickness where it matters most without compromising the constant wall thickness or concentricity. They're also heat-treated to ensure they can handle the stresses of your valve train and are compatible with guide plates. Each pushrod is OD ground for consistency, finished with a black-oxide coating, and has its length and part number laser etched right onto the surface for easy identification during installation. This set fits a wide range of Chevrolet and GMC vehicles from the late 80s and early 90s, including models like the C1500, Camaro, and Firebird.
