This set from COMP Cams includes 16 Hi-Tech pushrods, each measuring 10.250 inches long with a 3/8 inch diameter and a substantial .080 inch wall thickness. They are constructed from a single piece of seamless chromemoly steel tubing, which is then heat-treated for maximum strength. This construction ensures they can handle the stresses of high-performance valve train operation without bending or failing at the ends.

The ends of these pushrods are precision formed to add extra thickness and strength right where it's needed most, while maintaining consistent wall thickness and concentricity. This attention to detail helps ensure they work well with guide plates and maintain proper valve train geometry. They are also OD ground for consistency and finished with a black oxide coating. For easy identification, the length and part number are laser etched onto the outside diameter of each pushrod.
