COMP Cams Pushrods Hi-Tech 3/8 9.000

COMP Cams is well-known for making performance valve train components, and these Hi-Tech pushrods are a prime example of their focus on strength and durability. Pushrods are a critical, often overlooked, part of your engine's valve train. They need to be strong enough to handle the forces from the camshaft and rocker arms, especially at higher RPMs, without bending or failing at the ends. These particular pushrods are 9.000 inches long, have a 3/8 inch diameter, and feature a .080 inch wall thickness, making them suitable for demanding race engines.

Constructed from a single piece of seamless chromemoly steel tubing, these pushrods offer excellent strength. The ends are precision formed to add thickness and strength where it's needed most, while the entire piece is heat-treated to ensure compatibility with guide plates. They are also OD ground for consistent dimensions and finished with a black oxide coating. For easy identification, the length and part number are laser etched onto the outside diameter.
