This set includes sixteen (16) COMP Cams Hi-Tech one-piece pushrods. Each pushrod measures 8.250 inches long with a 3/8 inch diameter and a .135 inch wall thickness. These are constructed from seamless chromemoly steel, which is then black oxide coated and heat-treated for added durability.
Compared to pushrods with a .080 inch wall, these .135 inch wall Hi-Tech pushrods are 37% stiffer. This improved stiffness helps ensure more accurate valve timing and better performance, especially in engines that have been modified for higher performance. They come with a 210 tip radius for proper seating.
