They're made from a single piece of seamless chromemoly steel tubing with a .080-inch wall thickness, which gives them a lot of strength. The ends are specially formed for added thickness where it counts, and the whole assembly is heat-treated to ensure they work well with guide plates. COMP Cams also grinds the OD for consistency and finishes them with a black oxide coating. Each pushrod is laser etched with its length and part number, making identification easy when you're putting your engine together. This set fits a wide range of Ford and Mercury vehicles from the early 70s, like the Ford F-150 or Mercury Cougar.
